Any member who has prepaid for a JCBC-sponsored banquet, picnic, or other event that requires reservations, may receive a full refund by cancelling no later than seven (7) days prior to the event.

Cancellation shall be effective by e-mailing the JCBC Treasurer at the address shown for the Treasurer on the JCBC website under the "Contact Us" tab above.  Members who either cancel later than seven days before the event, or who fail to attend the event, will not receive a refund. Their prepaid fee will be treated as a donation to the JCBC. 

No refunds are offered on JCBC-sponsored bicycle rides.
